Hongman Song

Graduation

Hongman Song, a member of the Biochemistry and Molecular Biology Graduate Program, successfully defended her dissertation thesis on June 11, 2009. Hongman performed her dissertation research in Max Sokolov’s lab and worked on phosducin phosphorylation and mechanisms of compartmentalization of proteins in retinal neurons. Her studies led to two first author publications, one in the Journal of Proteome Research and the other in the Journal of Biological Chemistry. She contributed to a number of other studies in the laboratory, which lead to co-authorship on five additional publications. Congratulations Dr. Song...!!
