Submit your nomination for the 2018 School of Medicine Dean's Awards for Excellence

Nominations are open through July 22 for the annual School of Medicine Dean’s Awards for Excellence. If you know of staff or faculty members who have gone above and beyond in their jobs, please take less than five minutes to nominate them for recognition by the School of Medicine dean.  A complete description of awards is available on the Dean’s Awards webpage.

• Educational Innovation
• Clinical Service
• Research
• Community Service
• Service to the School
• Charleston Division Dean's Award
• Eastern Division Dean's Award

To nominate a recipient, please fill out the nomination form. The nomination process will take less than five minutes to complete and requires only a brief summary stating why an individual is deserving of a specific award. The awards ceremony will be held on Wednesday, September 12.
