Summer/August 2017 graduation application is currently available. Application instructions are on the registrar's website.

The deadline for the application is Friday, July 7, 2017.

ETD (Electronic Thesis and Dissertation) submission deadline is 5pm, Friday, July 28, 2017. Visit https://etd.lib.wvu.edu/ for more information.

As a reminder:

“Shuttle Sheet Request” forms are due two weeks prior to the scheduled defense of a thesis, dissertation, or capstone presentation. For non-thesis MS students, please submit as soon as possible. Please see the Office of Research and Graduate Education “forms” website for details concerning the shuttle sheet request/shuttle sheet process. See the HSC website for more information.
