LAST WEEK FOR YOUR INCLUSION in MOW!  Best  wishes!!!!!

DEGREES ARE POSTED!  Students may now order a transcript with the "Degree Awarded" designation and conferral date posted to their transcripts. Diplomas for those students who have degrees awarded are expected to ship out mid to late June For those students who have no financial holds on their accounts, they will receive an email notification to their MIX account when their diploma has shipped. If the student has a hold on their account when we send the order to our vendor, then these students will have their diploma sent to the Registrar's Office for storage purposes until the hold is lifted.”

PLEASE - CULINARY AND LIFESTYLE MEDICINE Survey:  The Student Services deans from the 3 campuses would appreciate very much if you would take 10-12 minutes of your time to do this nutrition sole survey https://sole.hsc.wvu.edu/Survey/1187/ResponsesPublic/SurveyIntro?Guid=fb9b6923-f0f2-4216-b459-72aa47f52556PLEASE – take some time today to fill out this survey to help us go in right direction for next year.  WVU will be the first medical school in the nation to have a Culinary and Lifestyle Medicine track and students will be recruited this year from 2017-18 applicants. We are seen as leaders nationwide in preventive nutritional medicine and population health endeavors and thanks to you all participating in our teaching encounters – we will continue to improve our offerings, Help us to secure funding, and improve on the delivery of the new information. 

IMPORTANT!  CV, PERSONAL STATEMENT and GTR2 FORM READY?  Email these to your GTR2 assigned Student Services Dean AT LEAST ONE WEEK prior to your appointment.  Without receipt by the deans of these documents 1 week prior to appointment, your time slot may have to be cancelled and rescheduled for a much later date.

STEP 1 TESTING COMPLIANCE:  Read your testing day instructions carefully; photo ID name must be identical to your NBME registration name; do not take “forbidden” items into the testing room even accidentally; leave all non-approved items in the testing center lockers.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED Sports Physicals- with Dr. Cicchino, Tu. Jun. 6, Martinsburg High School, Wed. Jun.7 at Hedgesville High and Thu. Jun. 8 at Musselman High.  All sessions are 5:00-6:30pm and 6:30-8:00pm.  Student volunteers to assist with physicals.

PEDS GRAND ROUNDS is broadcast from Morgantown every Wednesday 8-9 am. The first Wednesday is at the board room on the 8th floor of BMC.  The rest of the Wednesday is at the ED conference room in ED of BMC.  If you are on a Pediatrics Week, please plan to attend.  

TUMOR BOARDS - Every Thursday, 8th Floor class room, 12:00 noon -1:00 pm. Different speakers and topics.  Lunch provided.
