The section's clinical and research programs are part of the Mary Babb Randolph Cancer Center at West Virginia University.

The Hematology and Oncology Section specialists in the diagnosis and treatment of all malignant disorders (cancer) and diseases of the blood, including anemia, leukemia, and bleeding problems.
