Division of Endocrinology

The WVU Division of Endocrinology and Metabolism provides inpatient and outpatient medical care in all aspects of endocrinology. By offering both in-person and virtual visits, our WVU providers, fellows, and residents are able to provide exceptional service to our patients in all parts of West Virginia and the region. For patients with diabetes, patients have the opportunity to take part in group visits, diabetes education, and individual glucose management using both medications and technology, including insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitors. Our specialists also have expertise in managing adrenal gland disorders, pituitary conditions, transgender medicine, thyroid disorders, thyroid cancer, metabolic bone disorders, parathyroid conditions, and osteoporosis.
