WVU Institute for Community and Rural Health Accepting Applications for RUSH 2017

RUSH (Rural Undergraduate Shadowing in Healthcare) Program is now accepting applications for 2017!

Would you like to be a RUSHer? The WVU Institute for Community and Rural Health is now taking applications for the Rural Undergraduate Shadowing in Healthcare Program.

(RUSH) is designed to provide participants with a unique experience that offers insight into what it is like to practice in a health profession in rural West Virginia.

Shadowing programs are being offered in the areas of pediatrics, family medicine and dentistry. Shadow a rural practitioner for a total of 20 hours during specific dates agreed upon by the participating practitioner and the student, receive mileage reimbursement for shadowing-related travel and much more!
