You're invited to celebrate WVU's 150th birthday

Join President E. Gordon Gee and other campus leaders on Tuesday, February 7, as West Virginia University kicks off a yearlong celebration of our 150th birthday. Watch President Gee's new Gee Mail here. 

Three celebrations are planned on February 7:

  • 12:30 p.m., main lobby of the Davis College of Agriculture, Natural Resources and Design, the original academic unit of the University
  • 3 p.m., Health Sciences Center Pylons
  • 5:30 p.m., lower grand staircase area in the Mountainlair

The Morgantown community is invited to celebrate 150 years and counting at halftime of the February 11 WVU vs. Kansas State men’s basketball game.
