Service to the State
To meet its mission of advancing women’s health, the faculty of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at WVU offers free consultations to regional medical providers and, throughout the year, offers regional outreach programs and hospital in-service presentations. Additionally, the Department houses the WV ‘Helping Appalachian Parents and Infants’ (HAPI) project, which supports a variety of successful regional outreach programs.
