Research

The growth of our department is based not only on clinical medicine but also on orthopaedic research. We have established a Clinical Research Center with the goal of improving patient care by exploring clinical investigations and tracking the results.

We are also recruiting basic scientists to advance the knowledge of orthopaedics at the cellular and molecular levels. These areas of research include tissue engineering, gene therapy, and bone morphogenetic proteins. Research is an important part of our goal to develop a multifaceted department and enhance our reputation on a national level.
