Medicine Electives:

Miscellaneous Electives: 
May be done as primarily Peds or Medicine or may be a combined month Radiology, ENT, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics, Surgical Specialties, Dermatology, Sports Medicine, Palliative Care, Occupational Medicine, Research, International Rotation

PGY-1 and PGY- 4 residents rotate between the specialties in 3 month blocks
PGY-2 and PGY-3 residents rotate between the specialties in 4 month blocks

Continuity Clinic:
At West Virginia University, residents rotate on an alternating week basis, between the Internal Medicine and Pediatrics clinics. Through these clinics, residents are able to provide high quality comprehensive care for patients of all ages.
