October 2023: Sacks for Superheroes Fundraiser -- Fundraiser event organized by the PAIG team -- with your $10 donations, we will purchase reusable bags that will be filled with essential care supplies (toothbrushes, shampoo, etc.) for families of pediatric cancer patients at WVU Children's Hospital. November 2023: Panel Discussion with physicians in the WVU Pediatric Residency Program -- Join us for an informative discussion the path to residency and regarding life as a pediatric resident. More information available soon. 
February 2024: the 5th Annual Medical Spelling Bee -- A fundraiser event to raise money for the NICU reunion. Medical students will face off against faculty and physicians in teams, and the last player standing wins! More information available soon.

Previous Events:

September 2023: Q&A discussion with Dr. Kacie Kidd and Bri Caison, MS2-- Join us to discuss the WVU medicine Children's Gender and Sexual Development Clinic, and get advice about how to join a research project at WVU medicine. 
August 2023: Q&A discussion with Dr. Bryce Harvey -- An introductory meeting to emphasize the goals of our club, and a discussion about general medicine pediatrics w/ faculty advisor and pediatrician Dr. Bryce Harvey. 

The first meeting of the 2017-18 Pediatric and Adolescent Interest Group (PAIG) was held on August 15, 2017. Dr. Moffett, Dr. Lefeber (Residency Program Director), Luke Iliff (Residency Program Manager), residency program graduates Dr. Harvey and Dr. Morley and current Med/Peds resident Kacie Kidd represented the residency program office and formed a panel for an informative question and answer session.
