The Annual Human Gift Registry Memorial Service is held yearly in honor of the individuals that donate their bodies to WVU. It is a very nice ceremony and the families of the donors really appreciate talking to the students. We always ask for volunteers to help at the service (you will get volunteer hours) but it is also very supportive if you just attend the service. In addition, we also ask if students with singing talent would be interested in performing at the service. In the past we have had medical students that got together to perform as a group at the service. It has always been especially nice to see our students’ performing.
Please dress as if attending a funeral.
Please respond by April 26, 2013 if you are able to participate.
