Help WVU Medicine Children’s and receive a free donut from Tim Hortons on May 29

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – Enjoy a complimentary donut on Wednesday, May 29, while helping kids in the community receive life-changing medical care at WVU Medicine Children’s during Tim Hortons inaugural Free Donut Day. The new philanthropic event benefits Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, which is dedicated to finding cures and eradicating life-threatening diseases affecting children.

From 5 a.m. to 9 p.m., guests can receive a free donut at Tim Hortons locations throughout West Virginia and its Washington, Pa., store. In return, guests can make a difference by leaving a donation of any size with all funds supporting WVU Medicine Children’s. Along with a complimentary donut, customers can take part in other incentives, including free donuts for a year.

“We are excited to partner with WVU Medicine Children’s and raise funds for such a worthy cause. What better reward for helping local kids than a free donut,” Vincent Quintos, area supervisor for BFS Companies, said.
