Marketing, communications offers training sessions for website editors

The WVU School of Medicine Office of Marketing and Communications began offering monthly training sessions for departmental website editors earlier this month.

This next session will be held Wednesday, Nov. 7 at 1 p.m. in HSC-N 2912 and will cover a general overview of the website and what editors can do in Umbraco, the content management system accessed through SOLE at Health Sciences.

Future training sessions will be held the first Wednesday of each month, and will cover a variety of topics. If chairs would like to appoint an individual to be their department's website editor, they can contact Cassie Thomas, marketing and communications director, at cassie.thomas@hsc.wvu.edu to fill out the necessary paperwork.
