Registration is now open for the Sixth Annual John E. Parker WVU Pulmonary & Sleep Symposium, hosted by the WVU Department of Medicine.

The symposium will be held Friday, July 31, 2026, at the Morgantown Marriott at Waterfront Place and will bring together physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, trainees and other healthcare professionals for a day of education focused on the latest developments in pulmonary and sleep medicine.

Designed for clinicians interested in both inpatient and outpatient pulmonary and sleep disorders, the symposium will feature timely, practice-focused presentations from expert faculty, interactive question-and-answer sessions, pro-con debates, a vendor exhibit tour and Grand Rounds presentation. Continuing education credit will be available, including 5.0 CME credits and 6.0 nursing contact hours.

A pre-symposium poster presentation session will be held Thursday, July 30, in addition to the symposium. Faculty, fellows, residents, and trainees are invited to submit original research, quality improvement projects and case presentations related to pulmonary or sleep medicine. Work previously presented at national meetings, including ATS, CHEST and AASM is eligible for submission.
