Visual Sciences CoBRE Seminar Series: Dr. Oakley to give presentation on evolution of animal visual systems
Todd Oakley, Ph.D., will give a presentation on the evolution of animal visual systems for the Visual Sciences Center of Biomedical Research Excellence (CoBRE) Seminar Series on Friday, March 13, at noon.
Dr. Oakley is a professor and chair of the Department of Ecology, Evolution and Marine Biology at the University of California, Santa Barbara. His presentation is titled "Replaying the Tape: Path Dependence in the Evolution of Animal Visual Systems."
The presentation will be held in the Pangilinan Family Lecture Hall on the second floor of the WVU Eye Institute.
