WVU in the News: Professor to present rails-to-trails research
Christiaan Abildso, an assistant professor at West Virginia University’s School of Public Health, will present his research on rails to trails Oct. 19 at 1 p.m. in the Mary F. Shipper Library at West Virginia University Potomac State College.
Abildso believes that businesses located along rail trails have an easier time recruiting and retaining talent and that the benefits of the trails are not limited to just creating new hubs for recreation and transportation.
