WVU Medicine tuition assistance application period for spring 2020 semester runs through Oct. 30
The WVU Medicine Dependent Tuition Assistance Program is now open for applications for the spring 2020 semester for those dependents who attend West Virginia University (WVU) at the Morgantown, Beckley, or Keyser campuses and WVU online.
Employees must have at least five years of service based upon their "Benefits Seniority Date" and no disciplinary process at a level 2 or above in the previous 12 months. Employee eligibility will be based on employment status and years of service as of January 15, 2020. The WVU student application period will run from Oct. 16 through Oct. 30. You must complete the "Life Event" and provide documentation that supports nthat your dependent meets the program requirements within this time frame.
Please note: Employees are required to complete the "Life Event" applicable to the semester they are requesting tuition assistance.
If you have not already provided documentation for the current academic year or did not participate in the Fall 2019 term, please follow the steps below:

Submit a birth certificate or federal tax return to certify your dependent(s).

2019-2020 Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) Summary. Visit http://www.fafsa.gov/ for more information.

If registered:

Proof of enrollment for WVU Spring 2020 semester (showing full-time status/12+ credits).

Financial Aid Summary from WVU STAR Account.

Upload above documents in UltiPro; select Category "Tuition Reimbursement program."
All documents are required to be uploaded no later than the last day of the application period.
Employees covered under a separate collective bargaining agreement are not eligible for this program.
