WVU physicians and researchers recognized among nation’s top healthcare research all-stars

West Virginia University is proud to share that several of its physicians and researchers have been named to the 2025 Healthcare Research All-Stars list by Avant-garde Health. This national recognition highlights the top 5% of physicians and hospitals across the U.S. for outstanding contributions to medical research, based on both the quality and volume of published work.

These recognitions span a wide range of specialties in both surgical and medical fields, and reflect the exceptional dedication, innovation and impact of the WVU Health Sciences community in advancing patient care through research.
