Application Process

The WVU Department of Ophthalmology participates in the Central Application Service (CAS) through the San Francisco Match.

• In order to be considered for an interview:
• All materials need to be submitted by September 30, 2017
• Attend a MD program in an US school
• Have above average scores on their USMLE Step 1 (However, applicants with clear potential for success at West Virginia University may also be considered.)

• 2017 Interview Dates are:
  • November 27, 2017
  • December 4, 2017
