Please follow these dates when applying for a fourth year elective rotation.
The 4th year calendar is scheduled in 4-week blocks. The first block begins on May 8, 2023.
2023-2024 Academic Year
Block 1 May 8 - June 4, 2023
Block 2 June 5 - July 2, 2023
Block 3 July 3 - July 30, 2023
Block 4 July 31 - August 27, 2023
Block 5 August 28 - September 24, 2023
Block 6 September 25 - October 22, 2023
Block 7 October 23 - November 19, 2023
Block 8 November 20 - December 17, 2023
Interviews/Vacation: December 18 - December 31, 2023
(All students off. No rotations scheduled.)
Block 9 January 1 - January 28, 2024
(Due to federal holiday rotations will start January 2)
Block 10 January 29 - February 25, 2024
Block 11 February 26 - March 24, 2024
Block 12 March 25 - April 21, 2024

*Block 11 is for students who are off-cycle or need extra interview time. May 2023 grads MUST finish all electives and required rotations by the end of block 11 at the latest.
