Department of Medicine to host 2022 Research Day
The 2022 Research Day will occur in person on April 22 at the Erickson Alumni Center. More details and sign-up link will be emailed in the following weeks but we’d like to let you know what we have planned for the day.
- Research Grand Rounds (Fukushima) – 8:00-9:00
- Small Group Sessions (Erickson) 9:30-11:30
- Use of Large Data Sets
- Grant Writing
- Manuscript Writing
- Collaboration
- Scholarship in Education
- Survey Research
- Clinical Trials
- Generating Ideas for Research
- Oral Presentations (11:30-12:30, 2:30-3:30)
- Poster Presentations (1:00-2:30)
Fellows, residents and students can submit abstracts in two categories: Research and Quality Improvement. Faculty can also submit abstracts for poster presentations to engage collaborators-- residents, fellows, or other faculty-- with similar research interests.
Upcoming abstract deadlines
- Feb. 25: Submission site opens, abstracts word limi t= 350, no references, pictures, or figures should be included.
- Mar. 11: Abstract submission deadline.
- Mar. 25: Poster and Oral presenters notified.
