Dr. Geevarghese to give presentation for Department of Surgery visiting professor grand rounds

Sunil Geevarghese, M.D., MSCI, FACS, will give a presentation for the 2025 H. Bernard Zimmermann M.D. Visiting Professor Department of Surgery grand rounds on Wednesday, April 16, at 7:30 a.m.

Dr. Geevarghese is a professor of surgery, the vice chair for education for the Section of Surgical Sciences and the Medical Director for Transplant Perioperative Services at Vanderbilt University Adult Hospital. He will give a presentation titled "The Voyage Every Surgeon Must Take."

The event will begin with Geevarghese's presentation from 7:30 - 8:30 a.m., followed by case presentations presented by Department of Surgery residents from 8:30 - 9:30 a.m. The event will take place in room 2118 on the second floor of the WVU Health Sciences Center in Morgantown and online via Zoom.
