Elswick to be honored at investiture ceremony

The West Virginia University Health Sciences family is invited to join the School of Medicine in honoring Daniel E. Elswick, M.D., as the Dana L. and Peggy M. Farnsworth Chair in Education Psychiatry.

The ceremony takes place Wednesday, November 12 at 5 p.m. in the HSC Pylons.

Dr. Elswick works in the Department of Behavioral Medicine and Psychiatry at West Virginia University, where he serves as vice chair for education and associate residency director for the department. In 2023, he was appointed assistant dean for academic initiatives at the WVU School of Medicine’s Eastern Campus.
