EXPH at American Heart Association’s Heart Walk

Exercise Physiology team participates in AHA Heart Walk to raise money for research and awareness of Heart Disease.

Heart Disease is still the leading cause of death for both men and women in the United States and in our state, in particular. Community participation in AHA Heat Walks, also known as  Walk-a-Thons,  is a fun walk to promote general physical activity as a part of a healthy lifestyle and to raise funds to support cardiovascular research and educational program for our Greater Morgantown area.
