Graduation Week:

Thursday May 9th:

  1. Rehearsal Breakfast @9:30am
    1. At Erickson Alumni Center
    2. STUDENT ONLY
    3. We’ll go over lineup, processional, etc.
    4. Hosted by SOM Alumni Office
  2. Awards Convocation @5:00
    1. By Invitation only
    2. Fukushima Auditorium
    3. Will be notified March-ish if receiving an award by your clinical campus

Friday May 10th:

  1. Graduation Day!
    1. May and August 2024 Graduates
    2. Report to Basketball Practice Facility at 3:00pm dressed in regalia
  2. Post-Graduation Reception
    1. Erickson Alumni Center immediately following ceremony

The WVU School of Medicine Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee is seeking Medical Student Representatives to participate on the Committee to serve as a voice of the Medical Student Body.
