Any student/group of students interested in the HSC Student Garden Club - https://medicine.wvu.edu/md-student-services/organizations/hsc-student-garden-club/ for the upcoming school year please contact Ms. Cheryl at 304/293-2408 in the Student Service office by 6/15/2022. The University has inquired about the Box Gardens out back to be released if this organization is not active. So, if you can grow veggies here is your opportunity!

New Keurig Pod Recycling Program. There is a box beside the Keurig machine at Student Services to place your used Keurig pod in. Once filled, the coffee grounds will be used for gardening and the plastic recycled.

Pronoun buttons, safe zone magnets and stickers are now available in the Student Services Suite courtesy of the LGBTQ+ Center! Come by and pick some up today!

MS4 Class of 2023

The sign up in SOLE to schedule your GTR2 appointment has closed. If you have not made your appointment or you need to reschedule please contact Cheryl via email to set it up. This appointment is very important to discuss your residency path and to develop your MSPE. If you have any questions please feel free to contact Christina.

MS3 Class of 2024

Be sure to check your email for Fall registration! This will be for Blocks 3 and 4.

MS2 Class of 2025

Please remember that you must submit a reflection in your Myfolio by 5:00pm on August 1, 2022 in order to get a passing grade for the summer course CCMD 815 “Career and Professional Development Experiences.” If you have any questions about entering your reflections, please notify Dr. Lama, our assessment expert, at ALAMA@hsc.wvu.edu.
