Registration is open for Anthony G. DiBartolomeo Internal Medicine Conference

The WVU Department of Medicine will host the Annual Anthony G. DiBartolomeo Internal Medicine Conference on Friday, Sept. 4, 2026, from 7:30 AM – 3:15 PM at the Morgantown Marriott at Waterfront Place.

Open to medical students, residents, fellows and faculty, the conference provides a unique opportunity to learn from leading experts across internal medicine. This year’s agenda features expert-led sessions on timely topics such as hypothyroidism management, tick-borne illnesses, rural healthcare impacts and more.

The grand rounds session for this conference is titled “TikTok Told Me So? Menopause Treatment Truths & Myths” and will be presented by five faculty members from the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.

In addition to expert-led presentations, the conference fosters networking across the WVU Medicine system and beyond—connecting learners with faculty, practicing clinicians and other healthcare professionals.

This event is not only about education, but also about building relationships and inspiring the next generation of internists.

Students are encouraged to attend and take advantage of this learning and networking opportunity.
