Return to Campus reminders for the spring semester

The campus community was invited to join a Return to Campus Conversation last Thursday (Jan. 14) to hear from administrators and public health leaders. Dean Coben joined other members of the University leadership team to share details to help students, faculty and staff stay safe and abide by the University’s guidance to protect the campuses and surrounding communities from the spread of COVID-19.

As noted on the Return to Campus (RTC) site, the spring semester begins Jan. 19, with last day of classes on April 30 and a prep day for finals on Monday, May 3. Finals week will be held on campus May 4-8. Faculty and instructors will be expected to submit final grades by noon on Monday, May 10.

Additional details, including non-instructional days, can be found under Academic Calendar. Note: The RTC site indicates that some Health Sciences programs may not adhere to the calendar due to clinical rotations, accreditation standards or other concerns. Students, please know that unless advised otherwise by your instructor, the School of Public Health will fully adhere to the University's Academic Calendar.
