Section of Gastroenterology & Hepatology to present more than 25 key studies at Digestive Disease Week (DDW) 2022

The Department of Medicine’s Section of Gastroenterology & Hepatology will be presenting more than 25 key studies, including eight oral presentations at Digestive Disease Week (DDW) 2022 on May 21- 24, in San Diego, Calif.

“We are proud to be one of the leading centers in the country presenting our research at DDW 2022,” said Shailendra Singh, M.D.

Dr. Singh will be moderating a session of the American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy (ASGE) and Gastroenterological Society of Australia (GESA) International Symposium on the Endoscopic Management of Pancreatico-Biliary Pathology. He will also be presenting at the Plenary Session titled “Obesity, Metabolism & Nutrition (OMN) Section Distinguished Abstract Plenary” and the clinical symposium titled “Weight Loss Therapies and NAFLD: Can we Reverse the Trajectory of a Chronic Disease?”
