Some HSC services unavailable 6 p.m. Friday, Sept. 1, through 6 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 2
To address problems with faulty storage hardware, ITS must shut down virtual servers that support some HSC services from 6 p.m. Friday, Sept. 1 through 6 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 2.
Access to Office 365, SOLE, REDCap, Epic, HSC VPN, Zoom and Azure Virtual Desktop should remain available during this period. However, this critical work will prevent access to:
- Some HSC file shares (H: and Y: drives)
- Printing servers
- HSC VDI Access
- NextCloud (file sharing service)
- Tableau
- Soltice, a classroom tool for screen sharing
An update message will be sent when this work has been completed and services are restored.
