Van Liere Research Conference postponed

The Office of Research and Graduate Education had originally planned to host the Van Liere Research Conference August 9-12, 2021, but unfortunately, the timing did not work for all groups of scientists.

Specifically, the original dates did not align well with the beginning of the 2021 medical school classes. Everyone has enjoyed the combination of basic, clinical and translational research these past several years, as the celebration has grown, so the Office of Research and Graduate Education organizers felt it was worth rescheduling in an effort to be inclusive.

Therefore, they have decided to postpone this event to showcase the talent across research disciplines at the Health Sciences Center. More information will be shared as final details come together. The Office of Research and Graduate Education says they look forward to an exciting celebration of HSC's teams of scientists.
