Visual Sciences CoBRE Fall Seminar Series: Visiting professor Dr. Chen to give presentation

A visiting professor from Baylor University will give a presentation as part of the Visual Sciences Center of Biomedical Research Excellence Fall 2022 Seminar Series on Friday, Oct. 21.

Ching-Kang Jason Chen, Ph.D., FARVO, is a professor of ophthalmology, biochemistry and molecular biology, and neuroscience, as well as the Alice McPherson Retina Research Foundation Endowed Chair for the Baylor University College of Medicine. He will be giving a presentation titled "Vision with and without sight: The transducin and melanopsin independent phototransduction." The presentation will be held on Friday, Oct. 21, at 1 p.m., in HSC North, Room 3129. No registration is required and anyone is welcome to attend.
