Visual Sciences CoBRE Seminar Series: Dr. Mumm to give presentation on neuronal regeneration

A visiting professor from Johns Hopkins University will be giving a presentation on neuronal regeneration as part of the Visual Sciences Center of Biomedical Research Excellence Spring 2023 Seminar Series on Friday, Jan. 20, at 1 p.m.

The presenter will be Jeff Mumm, Ph.D., the Helen Larson & Charles Glenn Grover Chair in Ophthalmology and an associate professor of ophthalmology, neurosciences and genetic medicine for the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. His presentation is titled "Fate-Biased Neuronal Regeneration in the Zebrafish Retina: New Rules for Old Tricks."

The presentation will be held on Friday, Jan. 20, at 1 p.m., in HSC North, Room 3129. No registration is required and anyone is welcome to attend.
