Walk with a Future Doc session to feature presentation on mindfulness and stress management exercises

This week's Walk with a Future Doc session will feature a presentation on mindfulness and stress management exercises by Jean Someshwar, M.D.

Dr. Someshwar, the division chief of Adolescent Medicine for the Department of Pediatrics, will be giving a presentation titled "Learning to Breathe." The presentation will focus on mindfulness and stress management exercises to help people who have busy lives, fluctuating emotions and life changes stay in touch with their health.

The walk will be held on Saturday, March 19, at 9 a.m. in a hybrid format. Participants can either meet at the outdoor track at the Student Recreation Center in Morgantown, or join via Zoom and walk along at home.
