WVU Medicine employees encouraged to complete survey about West Virginia Clinical and Translational Science Institute
Nikki Lewis, evaluation and partnerships coordinator for the West Virginia Clinical and Translational Science Institute (WVCTSI) and Program Evaluation and Research Center (PERC), is seeking participants, specifically those in the medical field, for a survey to measure the awareness of WVCTSI.
Participants who complete the survey will have the option to be entered into a drawing to win a gift card; there will be more than 100 winners. If you wish to enter the drawing, you will be asked for contact information, which will remain confidential but not anonymous. You must be 18 years of age or older to participate. Your participation is completely voluntary, and you may discontinue the survey at any time.
