WVU Walk with a Future Doc program to feature discussion on healthy living during old age

This week's Walk with a Future Doc session will feature a presentation from Robert Allison, D.O., focusing on maintaining a high quality of life at an older age.

Dr. Allison is an assistant professor for the Department of Family Medicine specializing in geriatrics. The title of his presentation is "Staying Loose, Limber, and Lively in Old Age!" During the presentation, Allison will share health facts, ideas and recommendations for people to stay active, happy and well at an older age while maintaining a high quality of life.

The walk will be held via Zoom, with participants encouraged to walk along at home. The session will begin at 9 a.m., on Saturday, February 5.
