Research Interests

Research Interests

YuJen Chang’s research focuses on how a localized musculoskeletal disorder affects human movement. Specifically, his research explores the effect of a known localized musculoskeletal pathology on tissue mechanics, muscle activation, central nervous system modulation, and whole-body dynamics. Currently he is looking into how movement affect the geometry of the tendon and the architecture of collagen bundles inside the tendon.
