Certification of Graduates

Graduates are eligible to take a national certification examination through American Society for Clinical Pathology.   Granting of the degree is not contingent upon passing an external certification or licensure examination.

The mission of the Histotechnology program is to provide a high-quality education leading to a Bachelor of Science degree that prepares graduates for their roles as members of the healthcare team in an environment of rapidly changing technology.
