New WVU Medicine external web portal now available

Information Technology retired the old WVU Medicine gateway for Citrix access –https://healthapps.rcbhsc.wvu.edu – Sept. 4. Users are urged to move to the new gateway, https://healthapps.wvuhealthcare.com, which was launched in December, 2014.

If you have not done so, please move to the new site, make new shortcuts or favorites, and make the change on your mobile device.

Here’s some important information about this change:

If you have an iOS or Android mobile device, you will need to change the server address to https://healthapps.wvuhealthcare.com in the settings for the Citrix Receiver app, and then re-enter your username and password. Username will need to be DOMAIN\Username (WVUH\doej or HS\jdoe).
If you visit this site from a web browser (PC or Mac), you will need to go to https://healthapps.wvuhealthcare.com.
This site is designed to replace the one reached via the internet (on your home PC, iOS or Android mobile devices, etc.).
