Welcome to the Faculty Development Program in the Department of Radiology at West Virginia University.

Our Goals
Our Faculty Development Program focuses on several key priorities:

- Research and Scholarship: Encourage collaborative research, grant development, scientific publication, and presentation at regional, national, and international meetings.
- Leadership Development: Prepare current and future leaders through leadership education, committee engagement, strategic planning, and administrative experience.
- Innovation and Technology: Promote responsible adoption of emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, advanced imaging, data science, and digital health solutions.
