Comfort Food: Orthopaedics Staff Members Provide Meal to Family House in Morgantown

Staff members from the WVU Department of Orthopaedics recently served a spaghetti dinner at the Rosenbaum Family House.

The Meal Program at Family House is often seeking groups to provide meals for its guests, especially around the holidays.

Serving as a “home away from home” for adult patients and their families who are receiving medical care at WVU Medicine J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital, Rosenbaum Family House provides a family-oriented environment for guests, as well as support groups and other services.

Because these guests are far from home, they truly appreciate an evening meal – whether it is homemade or from a restaurant – as the meals provide a taste of home and an opportunity for fellowship.
