90-Second Almond Flour Bread

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 egg, whisked
  • 2 and 1/2 tbsp melted butter, coconut oil, or olive oil

Instructions

  1. Grease a mug.
  2. Mix together all the ingredients with a fork.
  3. Pour mixture into a mug.
  4. Microwave for 90 seconds on high.
  5. Cool for a few minutes, pop out of mug and slice. Can put in the toaster if desired.

Recipe Tips: To make a loaf of the bread, use 1 cup of almond flour, 1 and 1/2 tsp baking powder, pinch of salt, 3 eggs (whisked), and 6 tbsp of butter. Mix together ingredients, place in a loaf pan, and microwave for 5 minutes.
