Creamy Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 servings boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 15 oz - soup, cream of chicken, canned, condensed, reduced sodium
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a skillet at a medium-high setting.
  2. Add chicken and cook for ten minutes.
  3. Add seasoning to chicken.
  4. Remove chicken from pan and set aside.
  5. Stir the soup and water together in the skillet and heat it to a boil Return the chicken to the skillet.
  6. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for an additional 10 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
