Honey Garlic Salmon

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil over medium-high heat in a large pan. Salt and pepper the fillets generously.
  2. Place the fillets, flesh side down, into the pan. Cook for 5-6 minutes or until deep golden brown.
  3. Cook the fillets on the other side for 4-5 minutes more, or until the fish is just cooked through and easily flakes with a fork.
  4. In a small bowl whisk together the soy sauce, honey, and garlic. Pour the soy sauce mixture over the salmon and serve.
