Jazzed Up Tuna Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cans water-packed tuna fish, drained well
  • 1/4 cup mayo/avocado
  • 1/2 cup relish
  • 1/2 tsp mustard or chipotle hot sauce
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Optional: 1 scallion, chopped or chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, break up the tuna with a fork. 
  2. Add the scallion, pickles, mayo, mustard/chipotle hot sauce and mix to combine.
  3. Season to taste with salt and black pepper and serve.
