Pumpkin Pie Fruit Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz container of regular cream cheese
  • 8 oz heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice (or cinnamon and nutmeg)
  • 1/2 tsp stevia or more to taste (can use small amount of honey if not eating lower carb)
  • Fruit of your preference

Instructions

  1. Beat the cream cheese until light and fluffy in a bowl with 1/2 tsp of stevia (or to taste for sweetness).
  2. Beat 8oz of heavy whipping cream in a separate with the vanilla until light and fluffy.
  3. Fold in the whipped cream mixture, the pumpkin puree and the pumpkin pie spice into the cream cheese mixture until mixed well. Add stevia to taste for desired sweetness.
  4. Serve with your favorite fruit like apples or strawberries.
