Roasted Beets

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of beets, scrubbed and rinsed (no need to peel)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Cut turnips into half inch cubes. Toss with salt and olive oil. 
  3. Place on a large baking sheet in a single layer and roast for 25-30 minutes, until fork tender.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
