Three-Can Chili Soup

Ingredients

  • 15 oz beans, black, mature seeds, canned, low sodium
  • 15 oz corn, sweet, white, canned, whole kernel, no salt added, solids and liquids
  • 15 oz tomatoes, crushed, canned
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp ground Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Place the contents of all 3 cans into a pan.
  2. Add chili powder and black pepper to taste.
  3. Stir to mix.
  4. Continue to stir over medium heat until heated thoroughly (About 10-15 minutes).
  5. Serve Fresh.
